Best workout advice:
Muscle adaptation will occur over time if you continue the same
exercise routine day in and day out. This means the body has programmed
your muscles to remember particular activities, movements or skills. If
we keep repeating the same activity again and again, over time the body
adapts to the stress being placed on it. This is why varying an
exercise routine is important and necessary to continue on the path to
improvement.
Sport:
Biking, Hiking, and most water sports

People who create their own path in life.
People who have an inner calmness
Individuals who overcome obstacles and strive to better themselves
How I stay healthy:

moderation and maintaining a low fat diet. I also love eating sushi!
