Bio:
I graduated in 2005 from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in
Exercise Physiology. After graduating I worked in Reedley, Ca at Academy
of the Sierras (a boarding school for overweight teenagers). I was a
counselor, residential advisor and activities coordinator. I now spend
my weeks taking care of my 1 yr old neice and my weeknds, getting out
of town to visit family and friends.
I love to run and create fun new ways of working out. I have been with Jiva for over a year now and enjoy meeting new people and creating fun challenging and effective workouts for each individual client.
