Bio: I take a no nonsense approach to personal training. I demand a lot from my clients and stress hard work while we are together. I encourage that my clients eat healthy in order to keep their body fat percentage at an appropriate level. Also proper nutrition will give them the energy needed to withstand my vigorous workout sessions. Everyone that I train can expect modest increases in their fitness levels, provided they give it 100%. Clients can also expect to have fun while in training. I try to change the workout sessions around as much as possible in order to keep things interesting.
