Bio:
I have been passionate about health and wellness for
over 20 years. As a former professional dancer whose career was
abruptly ended due to a near fatal car accident, I truly honor and
recognize the gift of movement. I draw from my extensive background in
dance, creative movement, yoga, pilates, and over 10 years of physical
therapy in creating unique exercise programs that embody the
individuals needs and desires. Movement is to be relished and joyful. I
believe in helping my clients discover the innate wonder of their body
and deepen their relationship to their inner self and their vitality.
