Bio:
I have been practicing Yoga for about 15 Years, back then I was a big
runner and after suffering a few injuries a sports therapist I was
seeing recommended Yoga. I fell in love with it. I loved how
invigorated, yet relaxed and calm it made me feel. I became certified
to teach about a year and 1/2 ago, after leaving my job as a Textile
Designer in NYC. I decided teaching would give me a chance to spend
more time with my kids who are now 4 and 6 and keep me in shape, so it
was a win-win for me. I didn't realize how much I would love it, and
how much joy it brings me to know people enjoy my classes.
