Bio:
I am a native New Yorker who has been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 12 years. I reside in Manhattan with my husband and our golden retriever. After a life changing experience, as well as a career change, I came to realize my passion was to help people change the quality of their lives through exercise, proper nutrition and healthy living. In addition to training, I have also managed health clubs and yoga studios which has taught me the importance of keeping the client happy and motivated. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing changes in oneself through hard work and peristence. I love what I do and I strive to be the best coach I can. I am confident that I possess the knowledge to help my clients create a strong, balanced, coordinated, energy-filled body. We have one life, and one body, therefore we need to make the most out of each and every day by keeping ourselves strong and vibrant.
