1. Cancellation: Jiva has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policyd. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged for a full session.
  2. Lateness: If you are running late, please give a courtesy call. If you are 30 minutes late and we have not received a call from you, you will be considered a "no show" and be held responsible for the missed session.
  3. Refunds: Jiva does not provide refunds unless (1) you become physically disabled and are unable to exercise for a period of 6 months or longer (2) or if you move away. To obtain a refund you must present proof.
  4. Expiration Policy: All sessions purchased expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Sessions are non transferable.
