Bio:
Tiffany is a NY State Licensed & Nationally Certified Massage
Therapist. She has a life passion for the healing arts that shines
through in her intuitive massage that deeply renews the body, mind and
spirit. Tiffany attended the Fingerlakes School of Massage 1000-hour
massage program in Ithaca, NY in 2000. After becoming licensed, she has
worked/massaged independently at holistic health centers, at music
festivals and for in-home clients blending traditional and alternative
modalities to spread the healing energy of massage. Tiffany is trained
in Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular, Connective Tissue,
Reflexology and Hydrotherapy. She has continued her massage education
after FLSM to be trained in Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage,
and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.
In 2002, Tiffany met Mark Potempa in her travels. They discovered their passions for health, wellness and fitness ran parallel. In 2004, they created Jiva, an onsite wellness company to enhance the lives of those they touch & inspire conscious change in the mind, body and spirit for those looking for better health and positive life change.
Before discovering the spiritually healing world of massage, Tiffany grew up riding horses in Orange County, NY. She graduated with a BA in History from the State University of New York at Albany. After college discovering her love for travel, Tiffany moved to Colorado and traveled Europe for a period of time. It was here that Tiffany discovered her passion for massage giving truth to the phrase "all that wander are not lost."
